Robert Cohen – Partner
Has been qualified and practising at our office in Haven Green since 1974. Son of the founder of Montague & Co. Mr. Montague Cohen on whose invitation he joined the firm after articles with David Lee of Tringhams in Crawford Street London W1.
Robert practises in the commercial property, certain residential and company and commercial and associated fields. His USP is that he understands the commercial aims of his clients and uses his experience and knowledge of law and legal procedures which are developing more or less daily to ‘get the deal done’.

Louise Thomas (B.A Hons) – Partner
Louise qualified in 1991 and is a founder Partner of our firm.
She has over 18 years of residential and property conveyancing experience and is the Head of our Property and Conveyancing Department.
Louise has a particular expertise in Leasehold Conveyancing and is currently expanding this expertise into Leasehold Enfranchisements, Tenant Freehold Acquisitions and associated matters.

Surinder Syan – Partner
Surinder qualified in 1995 and has been a Partner of the firm since 2002. He has extensive experience in Property and Company law including off shore company work.
A keen sports addict his sense of fair play and industrious work ethic permeates his attitude to work.

Simeon Arnold – Consultant
Qualified as a Solicitor in 1958.
Formed Lambert Hale Proctor (part of Montague Lambert & Co) in 1961 and has practiced in Ealing since then. He has recently celebrated 50 years as a practicing solicitor. Originally specialised in Litigation but transferred to commercial property and residential conveyancing and other personal private client work such as Wills Trusts and Probate in the 1970's. Simeon became a member of the Public Guardianship Office Receivers Panel when it was established in about 2001 and acts as a Court Appointed Deputy (former Receiver) specialising in the care and maintenance of the affairs of mentally incapacitated persons.
